Hicklin came out, repaired the tracks in 15 minutes. Then I decided to get a new door with opener. Love my Garaga door. Everyone was pleasant, efficient & professional. Thank you. He was very courteous, polite and patient listening to me. He left it up to me on how I wanted to proceed, stressed that my satisfaction was what was important. I felt he meant it. We agreed to give it a few days and after giving it thought, felt it was not an issue that needed attention. Was very appreciative with his response, felt the customer service was excellent.

The door is great and installed in a most professional way. The homelink repeater was not necessary and created needless problems.
