The… Read more One of the best customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. First, Rob called when he was approximately 25 minutes out to let me know an exact time he'd be at my home. The installation of a new garage door opener and the help in repairing several minor issues with another garage door was professional and above and beyond what I expected. This is what service and professionalism was like when I was growing up. Great job Rob!
