What really separates them from their competition is the commitment to customer service, and customer loyalty. During both repairs their customer service was outstanding. Every time Hicklin comes out to service by garage or shed overhead doors, I get great service. Knowledgeable, courteous, prompt all for a reasonable price. I won't use anyone else.
