Eric was at my door shorty after 5, and was finished replacing both springs by 5:30. I had adjusted the lift force on the opener so I could get out of the garage that morning, and Eric readjusted the opener after the repair at no additional cost. Great service, at reasonable cost, and delivered promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

They said it would be a couple of days before they could fix it. I called Hicklin around 10:00 in the morning and the service done by 2:00 that afternoon. Eric, our repair person could not have been more friendly and professional. If we need anything related to garage doors I will be calling Hicklin.
