They called me back within 15 minutes and scheduled the repair for the next morning at 8. When the guys showed up at 8:10 to replace my broken spring they left the truck running. You know a repairmen are efficient when they leave the truck running! By 8:30 they had installed a new spring and tested the door. The repairmen were both very friendly and professional. Awesome service again.

I entered the garage to find that one of the two springs had broken in half ! I jumped on the computer and searched for garage door repairmen. Most were closed, but I found Hicklan Doors still open. The technician went right to work the next day. A very personable young man. Knew right what to do. No high pressure sell. Very pleased with his work. Delsin Arnold

First, we hired local to do the job, he walked off w.no notice after tearing garage door out. Contacted another local bus & promised he was coming 4mo later still waiting on his promise over multi calls. Finally did test call to out of town business's. Some would not answer & only could get answering machine. Others did not have a most pleasant start of friendly customer serv. Hicklin answered w.great customer service.
