Noah did an excellent sales presentation and explained our options very well. The install team were professional and friendly. Hicklin uses high quality springs and cables, so if you are calling your door service company what seems like to often, i would highly recommend calling Hicklin.

Everything from the minute I called for them to come and see my garage door to the time Delsin showed up to replace the bottom seal, was as I was told it would be. Delsin arrived on time and texted me before arrival. He let me know he had to go get the part and would be back soon, texting me throughout the work (I was inside working), etc. We are relatively new to Des Moines, and now I know one terrific company. THANK YOU!
