He was up front and clear on the costs of the repair. He did quality and professional work on our door and got us up and running. Would highly recommend to friend or neighbors needing garage repairs. Cody did a great job troubleshooting our existing (old) opener telling us it was probably the motherboard. A 15 year old opener was replaced with new Liftmaster and works great!

Do not use them. I have had an appointment for almost a week. The morning of said appointment (10 am) I get a notice of cancellation. With having limited time off and have to request time off ahead. Just can't reschedule at a drop of a hat. Was informed the installer called in sick. So I guess this company only has one installer????
So when I had explained my situation to them they are rude in the response and wanted me to give access to my garage and house to a stranger? lol

Hi Allen, The fact is, we have incredible customer service as expressed by the vast majority of our customers. We do everything possible, and go above and beyond to satisfy our customers when at all possible. In your case, you are being completely unreasonable so it was not possible to meet your demands. We had a service technician call in sick today which was the employee assigned to provide your service this morning. Because of this, we were forced to reschedule your service, along with the other customers that were on his schedule today. Every single customer was completely understanding about the situation other than you. We cannot simply add more work to other technicians schedules for the day because their schedules are already full for the day. Furthermore, the service you requested is a non-emergency issue. For the safety of our staff and our customers, we cannot allow or demand that sick employees come to work considering the possible spread of COVID-19.Great work!
