We provided same-day emergency service on Saturday at no additional charge and promptly replaced your garage door the following Monday even though we already had a full installation schedule that day. We cannot accommodate your request to provide false information on your invoice so you can submit it to your insurance company due to legal and ethical standards. The had a tech here by 10:30 on Sunday morning to take a look at it. He looked at it and was honest about not being able to get the parts needed to fix the door. He also took the time to explain to us the other options available. He was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. They were very professional and honest and I would highly recommend them.
